Warranty Terms

1. The boat you have purchased from VİYABOAT has been manufactured using the highest quality materials available in the industry, utilizing state-of-the-art methods and our team of experts to minimize the margin of error. Accordingly, your VİYABOAT is covered by a 2-year warranty against structural and workmanship defects.
   
   
2. Damages and wear resulting from usage conditions are not covered by the warranty.
   
   
3. Any modifications made to the boat without the knowledge of our company or an authorized dealer/service, including repairs, alterations, or equipment installations carried out by unauthorized persons, are not covered by the warranty.
   
   
4. Please do not disregard the document provided at delivery that contains maintenance instructions and important precautions.
   
   
5. Damages caused by transportation not organized by our company are not covered by the warranty. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the delivery location of our products is our main factory.
   
   
6. Any product not manufactured by VİYABOAT is not covered by our warranty. Such products are covered by the warranty provided by the manufacturer, producer, or authorized dealer.
   
   
7. Any issues encountered must be reported in writing to our company or authorized dealers, including visual documentation. Verbal notifications will not be accepted.
   
   
8. In cases where the issue is determined to be under warranty, the product must be sent to the address specified by our company. The warranty does not cover transportation, loading/unloading costs, insurance, trailer, phone expenses, or any profit/loss due to the product being unusable.
   
   
9. For any warranty-covered intervention (repair, modification, or replacement if necessary), the method of resolution will be determined solely by VİYABOAT.
